GATOR 3-4 STACK IS GROUPED INTO THREE UNITS:
The Call Side DE and Rush are a unit and are responsible for the 5 and 3 gaps.
The Nose Tackle and Mike are a unit and are responsible for the 1 and 1 gaps.
The Back Side DE and Will are a unit and are responsible for the 5 and 3 gaps.
COACHING POINT: The Rush and Will align in a 4 unless the QB aligns in the
shotgun, then they align in a 6.

GATOR FRONTS WITH A THREE DIGIT NUMBER:
The 1st digit tells the Call Side Defensive End where to slant to.
The 2nd digit tells the Nose Tackle where to slant to.
COACHING POINT: Nose Tackle always slants to the call side unless the coach makes an Oklahoma call then the Nose Tackle slants opposite.
The 3rd digit tells the Back Side Defensive End where to slant to.

GATOR FRONTS WITH A TWO DIGIT NUMBER:
 The 1st digit tells the Rush, Call Side Defensive End and Mike where to align.
The 2nd digit tells the Nose Tackle, Back Side Defensive End and Will where to align.
